New, modern designed and equipped with modern furniture hotel of the apartment type. It is one of the most beautifully decorated accommodations in Sarti. A new villa which will receive tourists for the third time. Very carefully designed, very tasty interior, nice exterior. It is situated in the old part of Sarti, a hundred meters away from the beach and about 50 meters away from the centre. Two-bed and three-bed studios are at your disposal. Two-bed studios have two standard beds or a double bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom, a spacious terrace. Four-bed studios have a double bed and two-storey bed. All studios have TV and an air condition which is paid extra. This will suit everyone who likes and wants a “nice” room, and to those who like to have everything in the nearby…a blink away. |

In the old part of Sarti and behind the centre, 120 meters away from the beach in the street where there are very old villas lined up all the way to the one that has been well-known for years to the tourists who are infected by Sarti. Villa Stelios is two-storey building with ten apartments on the ground floors, first floor and the second floor. Our apartments are on the first floor. There are four-bed and three-bed apartments. Four-bed apartments have two rooms: there is a double bed or two standard beds and a kitchenette, then a bathroom in the first one, then there is the second room where there is a double bed and the exit to the terrace which faces the city. Some apartments have one more terrace which faces the hills of Sitonia covered with conifers. Three-bed apartments consist of a room with one bed and a kitchenette and another room with a double bed. The terrace faces the city. All the apartments have the air condition which is paid extra, TV with cable, there are towels in the bathroom. The towels and sheets are being changed every five days, and tourists take care of the hygiene by themselves. Villa Stelios is a suitable choice for everyone who wants to be a “jump” away from the beautiful central square where the sweetest thing is drinking the first morning coffee among oleanders, palm trees and a dream… And so close to the beach… |

Quiet and peaceful house, tucked in the silent little alley, wrapped in the branches of the Mediterranean vegetation, 80 meters away from the beach and 200 meters away from the centre of Sarti. The apartments are spacious and comfortable and they are all in duplex type with two bedrooms and a kitchen in the third, separate room. Rooms, kitchen and the bathroom are equipped with standard furniture. The terraces are equipped with a sitting set. An excellent location, everything a blink away in the quieter part of Sarti. This is an excellent choice for bigger families or bigger parties. Sheets are changed every five days. There are no towels. |

the apartments and studios are entered on the first day of your
staying at 2 p.m., and are left on the last day of your staying till
10 a.m. Sheets are changed on the half of the shift. Extra, i.e.
additional beds in Greece are almost always on folding and are

• In cash: reservation is
made by placing the advanced payment which is 30% of the full price
of the arrangement and the rest of the money has to be given at
least 20 days before the departure. • By business banks loans under the conditions which banks set to a client on the basis of preliminary estimate which is provided by the agency. When applying, one places a deposit which is 10% of the full price of the arrangement. The deposit is being returned after the bank has approved the loan (and placed the full price of the arrangement). |

The deposit is being returned after the bank has approved the loan and placed the full price of the arrangement. • By the paying cards Magic Holidays general travelling conditions of travelling adjusted to YUTA standard are valid with this programme. |
